The Daily Doodle: February 4, 2011-**TO VIEW THIS DAY’S PICS AND POST-CLICK HERE**

Today, we had a lovely visit with our veterinarian, Dr. Karen Bowman,  in our home.  She thoroughly examined each and every precious little Doodle, enjoyed them immensley and thought they were just the greatest!  What a joy and a delight to have her in, and just sit right beside her on the floor during the whole process.

Every one of the little Doods had a great exam.  All little hearts sounded just like they were supposed to, little Doodle teeth and mouths and tummies and hips were examined.  Little Doodle eyes and ears were looked into, as well as other things that I can’t recall at this moment!  Then each little baby Dood had their first heartworm preventative, some conveniently offered just before the immunization.  Almost no one fussed, although a couple of them suddenly remembered that they had somewhere else they needed to be right away!

Rosie’ s kids weighed from 8.6 lbs to 11.2 lbs.  Red Ribbon Boy, aka, “Kaufax”, weighed the most, while Purple Ribbon Girl, aka, “Lilly”, weighed the least.

Lydia’s babies weighed from 7 lbs to 8.4 lbs.  The tie for weighing the most in this litter went to Blue Ribbon Boy, Black Ribbon Boy, aka, “Sydney”, and Red Ribbon Boy, aka, “Stanton”.  Little Miss Yellow Ribbon Girl, as from birth, still holds the title in her litter, as well as in both litters, of weighing the least.

It’s been a busy day!  I’m going on four hours sleep and I’m now having dinner at the computer at 9:45 pm.  Tomorrow promises to be another very busy day, as happy parents come to visit their new family members.
